Companies and advertising agencies are under constant pressure to adapt their products and services to the rapidly changing market conditions. Companies tend to focus on their core business and outsource in-house agencies in order to obtain added value through specialization, know-how and synergy effects from external providers. Agencies often have to serve volatile volumes and cannot always scale staffing levels as much as the volume requires.

Our services meets these challenges. If operational services are required, we can flexibly integrate into existing processes. We have the comprehensive know-how of large agencies and combine this with the agility of small agencies. So it’s not just about the simple implementation of advertising material, but to create it as efficiently, cost-effectively and process-homogeneously as possible.

Thanks to our many years of cooperation with highly decorated creative people, we understand the creative language and can translate what is communicated for the relevant partners, service providers and suppliers.

We can combine the processes and know-how from the big agencies with an efficient and cost-effective structure and pass these effects on to the clients in terms of price in order to obtain a competitive advantage.

Marc Seele

Mr. Seele began his career as a creative mind for the design of digital and print media. He started in a small creative agency and then switched to a media company specializing in print production and database publishing. There he developed the desire to be able to supervise implementation processes from start to finish.

Mr. Seele recognized that further perspectives are necessary in order to set up implementation processes in a quick-witted manner. He trained as a qualified marketing communications specialist and project manager (chamber of commerce).

After 8.5 years of operational work, he moved to the middle management level at Scholz & Friends, where he initially led a team of six and rose to department head after 2.5 years. During this time, he not only got to know the weaknesses and risks, but also the strengths and opportunities of the industry and developed in-depth know-how for functioning processes as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

He has been Managing Director of S2 Agency GmbH since 2022.

Daniel Schulte
